MATILDA BULGAKOVA

Matilda Mihailovna Bulgakova

1919 – born in Moscow.

After the school studied in art studio of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions.

Since 1938 - 1941 Moscow Art Institute (Since 1947-Moscow State Academic Art institute named after V.I. Surikov) under I.E. Grabar and A.A. Osmerkin.

During the Second World War worked as a tutor in Karaidel (Bashkiria) children's home.

After returning to Moscow, from 1946 – member of Moscow association of artists.

Since 1947 recommence the lessons in institute and graduated it in 1949.

Since 1950 – member of the Moscow union of artists.

Since 1962 -1986 – Taught painting in Moscow State academic art college named after 1905 year.

Dead in Moscow in 1998.
